The stay was enjoyable, with a great rooftop onsen that provided stunning views and helped us unwind after full days of exploring Tokyo. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from many attractions, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. However, the room felt a bit cramped for our group, especially with all our luggage. Overall, it was a comforting place to rest, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.

The rooftop onsen was awesome, especially with the views. We visited Mount Fuji and explored nearby gardens. Just note, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean and cozy. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious!
My bed was too soft, making it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, the elevator was frustratingly slow, which was annoying at times.
